This is the first English translation of former Bauhaus student, architect and cosmological theorist Siegfried Ebeling’s 1926 essay 'Space as Membrane’. It is supplemented by critical essays by Walter Scheiffele and Spyros Papapetros with original drawings by Ebeling, as well as a brief biography of the German architect.
